FAQ's
For your peace of mind, all orders are sent with proof of postage and are insured against loss or damages.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you of this.
Dispatch Schedule
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day, Monday to Friday. This is subject to items being in stock.
US Delivery Options:
- Standard Delivery DPD $10 (1-2 working days)
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct.
If your order is lost in the post, we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged upon arrival, we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.
If your order is returned to us due to either:
- Insufficient or incorrect delivery information supplied to us by yourself
or
- Goods being undeliverable through no fault of our own
We may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery, plus a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.
If you do not receive your order within the stated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms & conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.
If we are aware of any delays in delivery times, we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be unopened, and seals must be in-tact. If an item has been used/opened or tampered with, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods, please contact us via email quoting your order number at support@cannathcspot.com
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@cannathcspot.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items in the unlikely event they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@cannathcspot.com to begin the process. Please have all details and order number to hand.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and send the new item out to you. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
